For us to provide efficient support, you are advised to submit a support ticket by going to the SUPPORT page. Our online and email support is free as long as it is related directly to our service. For any on-site support, the following hourly rates will apply: The first 2 hours – Kshs.2000, every additional hour – Kshs. 800. This does not include logistics costs.
